About
Dr. Levine
I completed my Psy.D. at Long Island University (LIU) – Post clinical psychology program and completed my pre-doctoral internship at Creedmore Psychiatric Center. I have had opportunities during my graduate training to work in inpatient and outpatient hospitals and community mental health clinics working with adults and adolescents navigating a wide range of challenges. My training background has focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and relational psychotherapy.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples improve their sexual health, relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, creating a safe space where you can explore your concerns without judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to flexibly navigate life’s complexities with greater self-compassion and confidence.
We all desire a sense of internal peace and harmony coupled with balance in our lives. When we navigate life experiences that rattles our sense of groundedness we may feel unsure about where to turn or what to do. Whether you’re facing difficulties in your relationship, struggling with anxiety, or seeking to enhance your sexual well-being, I am committed to providing you with the tools and support you need to thrive. My goal is to help you develop healthier, more fulfilling connections—both with yourself and with others—so that you can live with greater peace, authenticity, and emotional resilience.
